Highlight Technologies will support the USCIS Refugee, Asylum, and International Operations (RAIO) Directorate to develop and maintain a virtual library, other electronic information tools, a hard copy library, and provide research support. This information is used for the adjudication and review of complex claims for immigration benefits, among other information tasks.
