Blue Card® was created to support First Responder training needs. First Responders require opportunities for training on skills to assess a situation, establish command, request required resources and initiate rescue/triage operations. Blue Card® is designed to first instruct, and then certify, Fire Officers who serve in the role of Incident Commander for National Incident Management System (NIMS) Type 4 and Type 5 events. The course is available at http://www.bshifter.com.
Henry was excited to have Blue Card®’s quality and uniqueness acknowledged by such a distinguished group as the eLearning Guild. “I am honored that Blue Card® was selected for this award which reflects the creativity of inXsol’s technical staff and the dedication of the clients we serve,” says Ryng.
Blue Card® was created using inXsol’s simulation and learning content management system (LCMS) technologies.
