The customer experience is central to our business values. We wanted to offer the same visual quality and ergonomics on our site that we implement in our products, like the Smart Server’s Control Center.

iWeb, a global provider of Internet hosting services and IT infrastructure, is proud to present its new website. The opportunity was ideal because iWeb has just celebrated 15 years of business on the web.
Several changes were made to iWeb.com to improve the visitor’s user experience and to better showcase the products and services.
“The customer experience is central to our business values. We wanted to offer the same visual quality and ergonomics on our site that we implement in our products, like the Smart Server’s Control Center”, said Martin Leclair, President, Products and Technology at iWeb. “Hundreds of hours of design, content writing, programming and integration were put in to achieve this and we hope our visitors will enjoy”, he added.
Meticulously crafted, fast and easy to navigate, the new site showcases iWeb’s products and services at a glance. A new menu on one side of the home page, puts forward unmanaged, dedicated servers that can be ordered and activated directly from the site. On the other side, one can find a description of our infrastructure design services and advanced solutions and speak with a specialist for more information. The site also features iWeb’s new server management and monitoring packages.
“This new website is another step in the evolution of the company, which began in June with its privatization and merger with the investment fund Novacap” mentions Eric Chouinard, iWeb’s Co-founder and CEO. “The last 15 years went by very quickly. The dreams of a few entrepreneurs have been realized with the help of an ever-expanding team”, adding, “What is most exciting, after all these years, is that the best is yet to come.”
The website will continue to evolve as iWeb introduces new features and products throughout 2012.
iWeb is a worldwide provider of Internet hosting services and IT infrastructure. Operating four data centers, iWeb has a capacity of 34,000 dedicated servers, over 1,100 colocation racks and Internet capacity of 77 Gbit/s, divided between nine providers.
According to PROFIT Magazine, iWeb is one of Canada’s 200 fastest growing companies. The company now generates more than 60% of its sales from abroad with revenues of US$35 million in 2011.
