Miami Acting Studio Calls for New Talents!

Miami Acting Studio, whose talents have stared on shows such as Charlie’s Angels, Burn Notice, Magic City, E! Latin America, Movies and Telenovellas , is today announcing it is now accepting submissions for their new adult-only, evening-only, training sessions.

As Miami’s professional acting resource center, the Miami Acting Studio was founded by Ralph Kinnard, the celebrated acting coach, filmmaker and keynote speaker. As his brainchild, the Miami Acting Studio boasts a unique approach to performance for aspiring and working actors, directors, and TV and radio hosts. The Miami Acting Studio, as it seeks to recruit new acting talents for the November casting, is looking for persons within the age group 21-45, especially those who want to honed their acting techniques.

As Miami’s premier acting resource, the Miami Acting Studio has been playing a tremendous role in the growth and development of the Industry in Miami. And as the only “Method” School, based on Lee Strasberg and the Actor's Studio in Miami, according to Directora Sanchez, their approach to professional acting is not much different from a fitness gym, but is geared toward actors that will get their emotions and talents in shape.
“One of the keys to our actors doing well weekly at our auditions is if they stay “in-training”,” noted Sanchez, whose studio regularly refers talents to the Actor’s Studio in New York City for acting technique training created by industry legend Lee Strasberg.

According to former acting talent, Actress Katrina Morris of Miami (, the Miami Acting Studio has given her the tools and confidence to become a working actor in Miami.

“I have booked several commercials using the techniques I learned in class and both my call-back and booking ratios have greatly increased. In addition to technique, we also focus on career goals and fostering our creativity as artists,” she said.

The training Actress Katrina received at Miami Acting Studio played a great part of in her success. She added that the Miami Acting Studio had been her “sanctuary for the growth and development” of her talent for over a year.

“Ralph Kinnard has an amazing ability to pin point your strengths and weaknesses as an actor and guide you into being the actor you were meant to be. He taught me how to dream big and truly believe in myself for the first time in my life,” testified Katrina.
