Gerald Gilliard is a former board member of the D.C. Bar Labor and Employment Law Steering Committee and a current member of the National Employment Law Association. Mr. Gilliard, the son of an Army Reserve sergeant, attended the University of Pennsylvania on an AFSCME scholarship and is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center.
