Denver, CO (PRWEB) May 25, 2011
The cross-company website for The Granite Companies (Granite) goes live today on the World Wide Web. After significant growth throughout the last five years, Granite aims to extend the reach of Granite and their respective services by consolidating them under one corporate website, http://www.granite-companies.com.
Stage one of the process is to provide the public with one central repository of information and to aid in the simplicity of searching for Granite’s services and products. Granite is a national risk mitigation, asset management and advisory firm specializing in construction and other complex collateral. Stage two of the Granite Companies website will be to further integrate the numerous companies for potential service research and stage three will provide clients with a more seamless log-on process for residential, commercial, and SBA construction lenders and other users of Granite’s services.
“Our online visitors and clients will now be able to visit one website to navigate through all of our companies and the many products and services we offer for the construction risk mitigation industry,” says Penny Roach, EVP, Director of Sales and Business Development for The Granite Companies. “This is stage one of our family website merger and we look forward to future and continued enhancements wherein we will further streamline our client log-on process and provide additional transparency between our companies. This a great step for our company and one we are pleased to offer our current and potential clients.”
The Granite Companies website will feature links to all the Granite brands including Granite Loan Management (GLM), a residential construction risk management firm, Granite Commercial Management (GCM), Granite’s commercial construction risk services arm, Granite Construction Inspections (GCI), which offers nationwide, construction inspections and field services, Granite-Excell Management (GEM), a strategic advisory firm focused on providing logical strategies to the financial services industry, and Granite Capital & Asset Advisors (GCAA), providing financial advisory services and counsel to government agencies, financial institutions and others.
In addition, the website will be a direct conduit to Granite’s news portal, the Construction Lending News E-News Center, an industry gateway for construction lending news and updates complete with quarterly state-specific legal reviews of statutory compliance mechanics’ lien law updates. The Granite Companies website will also avail online viewers the opportunity to peruse Granite’s Annual Construction Lending Seminar, Strategies for Success in Construction Lending (SSCL) Seminar held each year which explores the key issues of construction risk as well as the profitability facing SBA executives, commercial construction managers, and construction lending managers today.
