CDR Assessment Group Announces Webinars to Help You Manage Your "Risk Factors"

Everyone has inherent "Risk Factors", or ineffective coping strategies, that can impede performance, damage relationships or cause even the most promising career to go off track. For the first time, leaders and professional can do something about their own Risk Factors by participating in these live Webinars from the privacy of their own office.

CDR Assessment Group, Inc., provider of break-through psychological and performance assessments for leader and talent development for global clients is bringing a totally new and bold learning experience to the developmental forefront. CDR has announced the launch of a series of twelve hard hitting and relevant Webinars to help leaders and professionals identify and manage their own inherent Risk Factors more productively.

According to Nancy Parsons, President of CDR, "we see this as an ideal way to help individuals hone in on their own detracting and destructive tendencies to help them improve and neutralize these traits. Let's face it, especially with today's tough economic conditions, it behooves everyone to perform to their best potential and to excel at their jobs. Unfortunately, when stress, adversity, or conflict occurs is when one's own Risk Factors tend to rear their ugly sides and impact performance most. So, our objective is to help participants keep these derailing behaviors from manifesting or to minimize their effects when they do arise."

The first webinar is a ninety-minute introductory session that introduces all eleven Risk Factors: Egotist, Worrier, Cynic, Pleaser, Detached, Eccentric, False Advocate, Rule Breaker, Perfectionist, Upstager and Hyper-Moody. Parsons’ explains that “Participants will learn how to spot these Risk Factors in themselves and others, how these tendencies can impact performance, how they derail careers, ways to neutralize or manage them, and on how to formulate action plans for improvement.”

The next 11 webinars are sixty-minutes long and will hone in on each specific Risk Factor. Sample titles include:

  • Opening Up to Feedback & Keeping the Ego in Check
  • The Cynic’s Tightrope: Healthy Skepticism vs. Harmful Mistrust,
  • Don’t Worry – Be Decisive
  • Drama, Drama, Drama – When Hogging Air Time Goes Too Far
  • Are you a Change Agent or A Wrecking Ball?
