Livability.com has just announced their list of Top 10 Food Festivals in the United States. The editors scoured the country to find the best food fests in the most livable cities.

From the weird and wacky RC and Moonpie Festival to the elegant Oregon Truffle Festival, food is the main ingredient at these community-wide festivals that bring together favorite foods and local culture.
