The response to the green living informational website, GoGreen.org, has been extraordinary. In just a few short months the site has seen a rapid growth in readers and blog subscribers. There has also been a rapid growth in social media platforms used by GoGreen such as Facebook and Twitter. This growth has lead to a change and expansion in the content staff. Content Manager Megan Coogle had the following to say in regards to the expansion and what it will mean for the site and the sites readers.
“Providing our readers with accurate, updated and quality information is our top priority. For this reason, we have recently decided to increase our content staff and expand our staff to those writers with extensive knowledge in green living. Specifically, the writers we have chosen have backgrounds in various topics of green living. These are not writers with general knowledge, but writers with knowledge in very specific areas. We feel that this expansion to high quality content writers will offer our readers a higher quality of information than other sites have to offer.”
Ms. Coogle stated that the staff of GoGreen has been planning the expansion of the content staff for some time due to the rapid increase in readers and blog subscribers over the past few months. She stated that the expansion was to not only meet the needs of the daily blog posts and article posts but to also meet the needs of planned and future guides for readers as well as guides for new readers who may be interested in specific green living topics such as building cob homes, starting a green business or reducing energy costs in their homes.
For more information on green living and aspects of green living, readers are encouraged to subscribe to the GoGreen.org blog and to follow GoGreen on Facebook and Twitter.
