It has a resolution of 1,280 X 800 HD display, which is reportedly more than enough for watching 720p videos or reading text. The Nexus 7 runs for an average of 9 hours and 49 minutes on one charge. It is the first tablet to run on Android’s new Jelly Bean 4.1 operating system, and Google Chrome is the default browser.
Most users and reviews cite the Nexus 7 as giving the look, feel, and performance of a much more expensive tablet.
