SOR® Inc. has launched a new website which serves as a platform to introduce an updated logo and brand image. In a move that is unusual for a manufacturing company, SOR has drawn in the human element by featuring large photographs of SOR employees working in the factory. The website also reinforces the new brand theme, “Engineered to Order, with Off the Shelf Speed,” which differentiates SOR as a company that welcomes special requests. The letters of the new logo have been designed to convey an “engineered” image as well.
In another leading-edge move, SOR has fully optimized the website for search engines so that prospective customers can find SOR by searching for terms such as “pressure switch” and “pressure transmitter.” Other features of the site include a “Culture Page” and a recruiting page within the career section, called “Living in Kansas City.”
Vizion Interactive, a Dallas based Web and Search Engine Optimization company, developed and optimized the site.
