ADCS, the nations largest dermatology practice, announces its third acquisition; less than one month since initiating its strategic growth plan.

ADCS Clinics (“ADCS”) announced it has completed the acquisition of two clinics in the Florida Keys from the practice of Dr. Karen Weismantle. The clinics are located in Islamorada and Marathon, Florida.

Dr. Matt Leavitt, Founder and CEO of ADCS, said “This acquisition gives us a great opportunity to expand our footprint into the very southern part of Florida. We are now able to provide state of the art dermatologic care, including Moh’s and cosmetic surgery, for patients in that region.”

“The Florida Keys is very much an underserved area. Patients didn’t have many options for dermatology services and had to travel to find them. Now we are able to provide those options. We are excited to reach out to the community to let people know their needs can be met locally,” said Dave Morell, President of ADCS.

ADCS, founded in 1991 by Dr. Matt Leavitt, is a dermatology-focused physician practice management company close to 70 company-affiliated dermatology clinics in Florida and Ohio providing clinical, cosmetic, surgical and pathology services. ADCS also provides billing and coding management services (and now offers discounted A++ rated malpractice insurance) for over 70 third-party dermatology practices across the nation under the Ameriderm™ trade name.
