The featured entrees include an entree with three quesadillas of Chile Poblano served with rice and borracho beans. The quesadilla is made with a red corn tortilla filled with refried beans and grilled poblano stuffed with chicken, cheese, tomato and avocado slices.

The chefs at La Fogata say that their second featured entree will bring some great memories as the holidays approach. The restaurant will be serving tamales made on a banana leaf with the option of chicken or pork. The tequila feature for this month is Blue Agave Nectar. This particular tequila is a new product that has being recently introduced in San Antonio. Guests can chose from silver, reposado or special reserve.
