Software platform completely eliminates Xcode, and enables front end developers a way to build robust native mobile apps previously only capable by programmers.

With RareWire we completed in a matter of hours what took us a week to do with PhoneGap.

RareWire’s App Creation Studio, which has come out of beta release, simplifies mobile app creation by providing an XML based app description language called WIRE. The software has been used over the past year and a half to build apps for global companies such as The Atlantic Magazine, West Point, CA Technologies, Current Psychiatry, Black & Veatch, Forever 21, and many more.

Matt Angell, Co-Founder and CTO of RareWire, says, “To build robust native mobile apps isn’t easy. Our App Creation Studio aims to change that. Our Studio makes it easy for anyone familiar with HTML to now be able to build the same robust native mobile app that typically could only be done by a programmer. Having said that, we have found that programmers love it too because they can now build the same robust apps in about 1/10 as much code that it typically took in past efforts.”

The App Creation Studio allows for content management, app development, on-device testing, and provisioning with an online platform using RareWire’s WIRE app description language, eliminating the headache of Xcode. The Studio includes similar push notification capabilities as Urban Airship, and testing capabilities similar to TestFlight.

“iOS developers are highly in demand at every company, ad agency and recruiter out there. Why is that? Because companies are all trying to build robust native mobile apps to get their company involved in the mobilerevolution that is happening. RareWire’s value proposition is that our platform enables you to build that same robust native mobile app, but now you can build it using your existing resources of designers and front end developers who can build it in WIRE, and not have to to go find that hardcore iOS or JavaScript programmer.” Kirk Hasenzahl, President and Co-Founder said.

To celebrate the launch, RareWire is hosting a global launch party in Kansas City, MO on Nov. 16th, 2012. At the party, they will announce the next major set of features to arrive in the App Creation Studio.
