Intellectual Property management software provider IPfolio will be attending and exhibiting at the upcoming 24th Annual All Hands Meeting in the heart of Silicon Valley. Hosted by Ivy Associates in the Santa Clara Convention Center on December 6th, the meeting is an invitation-only event that caters to the needs of in-house professionals whose companies rely upon intellectual property.

The concentration of innovative companies in Silicon Valley remains unmatched in the world, with ongoing strong demand for cutting-edge patent management software as a consequence.

IPfolio, the provider of cloud-based intellectual property (IP) management software built on the Force.com platform, will be exhibiting at the Annual All Hands Meeting on December 6th 2012, in Santa Clara, California. Hosted by Ivy Associates in the Santa Clara Convention Center in its 24th edition, the All Hands Meeting is a special CLE conference organized in coordination with the Silicon Valley Association of General Counsel.

IPfolio will be showing its software of the same name at booth #1 in the exhibition area. While the product had not been released at the time of the 2011 meeting, the contacts made there led to the first customer relationships of the young company after its launch in April 2012.

Looking back on the first months on the market, founder and CEO Rupert Mayer draws the connection from a local core to a growing global customer base: "IPfolio is seeing tremendous growth around the world, with customers in a dozen countries as of today. Still, one third of all our customers are located within driving distance from our headquarters in Berkeley. We value this local community very much, and with all the innovation concentrated here in the Bay Area, we see it continuing to grow significantly.”

Built on the secure platform of enterprise cloud computing pioneer Salesforce.com, IPfolio is a collaborative, flexible and easy to use tool for IP portfolio management through each lifecycle stage, including patents, trademarks and copyrights. Priced affordably to be accessible to organizations of all sizes, and with customizable, colorful dashboards and reports, IPfolio offers a fresh new approach to IP management software.

IPfolio customers in the San Francisco Bay Area range from mid- and late-stage startups with just a few patents to mid-sized private companies with a few hundred patents and trademarks, to large public companies with several thousand IP assets.

IPfolio Corporation was founded in 2012 as an independent spinoff of the European leader in Enterprise IP Management, Unycom. Its mission is to make life easier for corporate IP managers and small in-house IP teams. Flexible, affordable, and easy to get started, IPfolio reduces administrative overhead, allows better visibility into the IP portfolio, and enables IP management at a strategic level by tying inventions to products, markets, and revenue streams. The company is privately held and has its headquarters in Berkeley, California.
