First and foremost, I must give credit to our owners. They are the face of 360clean, and they’ve done a wonderful job representing the brand; however, I also believe that it’s largely due to our focus as a hygienic janitorial provider.

This year alone, the company has increased their janitorial service sales (company-wide) by fifty percent, and in conjunction, their number of franchisees by fifty percent as well. Of significance, twenty-five percent of those franchise owners who have joined 360clean this year are United States military veterans.

In March 2012, 360clean launched an initiative to attract more veterans to become part of the organization. That initiative included a ten percent discount on their franchise fee and a $1,000 credit to be used toward the growth of their business. Since that time, 360clean has added four veteran-owned franchises—three in Atlanta, and one in Greenville, South Carolina. 360clean Director of Operations, Teri Bradshaw said, “Having served in the Army myself, I am extremely proud to be a part of an organization that recognizes and values the skills and knowledge that veterans can bring to 360clean ownership.” Bradshaw continued to say that she hopes this trend continues and that she welcomes contact from fellow veterans should they have any questions about becoming a 360clean franchisee.
