BLB issued their list of top shopping areas today prompted by Racked.com's survey results that were made public earlier this month. The survey offers a glimpse into the opinions of those in the industry when it comes to the best improvements to New York shopping in 2012.
The most exciting developments and the biggest news stories of the fashion industry cannot be narrowed down to any one area, but some stand out more than others according to those in the industry.
