Fluid Inc., the digital shopping innovator, has made a key new hire in its New York City office with the addition of Abigail Hart Gray to the role of vice president, experience design. Fluid has also announced the addition of Paul Schaut and Michael Herring to its board of directors.
Abigail Hart Gray has joined Fluid as vice president of experience design, based out of Fluid’s New York office. Abigail most recently served in the same role at the interactive design agency, HUGE. Abigail will drive consumer experience innovation, develop and grow the user experience discipline across offices, and partner with clients to create uniquely branded digital initiatives that engage consumers across the omnichannel. Abigail joins Fluid veteran and fellow vice president David M. Hogue in expanding Fluid’s thought leadership and applied innovations in the field of customer experience and usability.

Paul Schaut is an 'engaged board director' and has joined the Fluid board of directors. Paul serves as an independent Board Director to several venture backed technology companies and brings more than 29 years of sales, marketing and executive management experience and expertise in the technology, digital and mobile marketing industries.
Michael Herring, vice president of operations at Adobe Systems, also recently joined Fluid’s board of directors. Michael was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Omniture, Inc., a software as a service web analytics and optimization company acquired by Adobe in 2009. Michael also currently serves as an investor and advisor for Gobbler and Saga Outerwear and an advisor to Bazaarvoice.
