New Tools from KnowledgeTree Instantly Organize Business Documents

Latest Release Automatically Makes Images and Scanned Documents Searchable; Allows Teams to Email Documents Directly into Cloud-Based Folders

  •     Search for text within images and scanned documents. New Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology automatically scans files as they are imported. The built-in OCR feature captures and indexes text within even non-standard documents. That means that users can search for and quickly retrieve documents like photographs or scanned contracts.
  •     Add documents to folders via email. Users can email documents directly into their document vault. A unique email address for your folders can be shared with colleagues and external partners or customers. Attachments are organized in the correct folder with relevant metadata automatically added to aid document discovery and management.
