The acquisition of The Citren Group increases Texas Systems Group’s presence in the Cedar Park, Leander, & Liberty Hill markets and allows the combined resources, expertise, and experience of the consolidated companies to enable Texas Systems Group to deliver stellar Information Technology solutions to the rapidly expanding client base.
The Citren Group was founded by Kasee Powers to provide IT services to residential and small business. “Texas Systems Group does not provide services for residential or home based business so only The Citren Group’s small business clients will be migrating to Texas Systems Group”, said David Doran, CEO of Texas Systems Group.
The integration of The Citren Group’s small business clients into Texas Systems Group will occur over the next 30 days. “I know our clients will continue to receive the same high level quality of support which they have come to expect from Texas Systems Group.
