Pacific Interpreters, Inc., a leading provider of over-the-phone interpreting for healthcare, business, and government markets, today announced additions to its executive team. These changes, including the appointment of Tim Fielding as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, enhance the knowledge and experience leading Pacific Interpreters’ customer-focused operations.

Fielding’s responsibilities as CFO include managing the financial aspects of Pacific Interpreters’ business, including financial reporting, internal controls, and treasury functions. During his career, Fielding has held the position of CFO or CAO at several firms, including one of the largest publicly-traded international hotel companies, a national staffing firm, and a healthcare company specializing in mammography, spending the first ten years of his career at KPMG.
Pacific Interpreters promoted Kevin Cadman, who joined Pacific Interpreters in 2011, to the key role of Vice President, Financial Planning and Strategic Development. Cadman is responsible for assessment and execution of growth acquisitions and strategic initiatives, as well as selected planning and reporting functions. With over 10 years of finance and strategic planning experience, Cadman specializes in sound company growth strategies. He most recently served as Director of Finance and Planning for an early-stage education consulting and coaching company.
To lead the charge in business development, the Company appointed James Lodigiani to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. This role oversees the sales and marketing strategies, processes, operations, and support areas for Pacific Interpreters. Prior to joining the Company, Lodigiani successively managed sales and marketing organizations in leading healthcare organizations such as Merck & Co., Inc., McKesson, Cardinal Health, and Smith & Nephew. Lodigiani provides sales teams with the right support and training to improve performance and demonstrates a consistent track record of achieving annual revenue and profit goals.
