Groundbreaking fasttransact™ payment platform inspires New York communications provider, Infomous to expand offerings.

FrontStream Payments and Infomous, Inc. have agreed to strategically align proprietary technologies to create a new online revenue source for the New York-based web news and communication service provider. The joint solution will leverage FrontStream’s newly released fasttransact™ payment management platform to enable a self-serve subscription portal for Infomous clients to dynamically establish, upgrade, manage and pay for Infomous account services via the web.

“As an innovative provider of web-based business services, Infomous was looking for an easy to implement, online solution that would give their growing client-base a more direct way to secure and manage Infomous account services,” states Nina Vellayan, FrontStream Payments’ Chief Executive Officer and President. “By building in the seamless flexibility, security, and quick-to-market capabilities of our fasttransact™ modular payment platform, Infomous will instantly increase revenue, offer compliant and real-time account access to customers and decrease their own administrative burden.”

Infomous, Inc. is a provider of innovative web navigation technology that is changing the way users explore and discover online content. The Infomous cloud navigation model uses floating, visual navigation components generated through a dynamic data feed that combines user demographics and popular search rankings on the selected topic. The result is a personalized and fully-accessible floating navigation model, featuring the most sought after content in the most relevant order for the viewing audience. The clouds are composed in a strategically layered, click-through view that zooms users into sub-cloud views and/or opens to dynamically generated content lists of related stories and events.

Infomous has helped online news providers such as the Washington Post, The Economist and The Guardian communicate complexly layered stories and information using their intuitive-to-user visual format. Other Infomous clients have included stewards of crisis management information platforms, selling portals, event and social media bloggers, and many other organizations who deliver concentrated information and business intelligence over the web.

The FrontStream/Infomous integrated solution will provide Infomous customers with an easy-to-use online tool for selecting and establishing a preferred account level and setting up one-time or recurring subscription payments. The self-serve environment gives clients 24/7 access to using the Infomous navigation product, helping them expedite communication of time sensitive and/or breaking news and information. In addition to the added control Infomous clients will have over their hosted content and their account, both Infomous and their clientele will also be assured of a 100% secure and compliant online payment platform that can scale on-demand based on Infomous business needs.

“We see groundbreaking potential for our company with the FrontStream fasttransact™ solution, because it offers forward-thinking and scalable solutions we can easily tailor to benefit existing and future customers,” states Paolo Gaudiano, President at Infomous, Inc., “The creative blending of these two emerging technologies will not only provide our clients with new ways to engage with us, but also opens up new revenues and marketing options for our business.”

As FrontStream and Infomous continue to merge ideas and technical expertise, they will explore further ways to leverage the robust features and flexibility of the fasttransact™ payment platform to enhance Infomous service offerings. Once current integrations are completed and launched, the development teams will concentrate on deploying robust client-side administrative, marketing, data management and social media options already built into the plug-and-play feature functionality of the platform.

“This kind of creative pairing is a perfect fit for today’s fast paced, technology-intensive world,” continues Vellayan, “When you match strong, niche-focused business solution providers like FrontStream and Infomous, with groundbreaking technologies that can easily accommodate change, you inspire enterprising ideas that will inevitably push business users to a higher level of expectation.”
