“It is an honor to be selected by other lawyers as someone who is willing to fight for the rights of my clients and often obtain favorable results after trial. "
(PRWEB) April 06, 2012
New Hampshire Attorney Dan Hynes, The N.H. DWI GUY, and founder of Liberty Legal Services, is proud to announce he has been selected as a Top 40 Under 40 Lawyer in New Hampshire by the Trial Lawyers Association. The association provides accreditation to lawyers in the area of criminal defense and personal injury plaintiff work.
Unlike some membership associations for lawyers, to be selected into the Top forty under forty, an Attorney must be nominated by his peers. This prestigious exclusive membership is by invitation only. A lawyer cannot just pay to become a member. The membership recognizes lawyers who "exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership as a young lawyer under the age of 40". This membership is a good indicator that a lawyer is among the best lawyers in New Hampshire.
In response to be selected, Attorney Hynes stated “It is an honor to be selected by other lawyers as someone who is willing to fight for the rights of my clients and often obtain favorable results after trial. I highly appreciate having a reputation for taking cases to trial and not just accepting every plea offer made by the other side. I believe a past record of aggressively fighting cases leads to favorable outcomes after trial, or with better plea offers.”
When selecting a DUI Lawyer/criminal defense lawyer, or an attorney for a personal injury or civil case, it is important to hire a lawyer who is not afraid to fight for justice. Attorney Hynes is no stranger to the Courtroom and actually litigating cases. Dan Hynes handles approximately 20 trials in a year, and around 75 license suspension hearings at the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). A good lawyer can be both young and have more actual trial experience than some lawyers who have been practicing law for many years.
Besides actual trial experience, Attorney Hynes keeps up on seminars and trainings. Most recently, he has undergone an extensive 16 hour trial academy course with the New Hampshire Association for Justice. This program had numerous respected attorneys and judges as faculty to teach areas such as opening statements, direct examinations, cross examinations, expert witnesses, and closing arguments.
Other organizations that Attorney Hynes belong to include the New Hampshire Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Dan Hynes is the author of Drunk Driving and Drugged Driving Defense – New Hampshire Edition.
Attorney Daniel Hynes is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
