Richard is an experienced Angel Investor and serial entrepreneur in the healthcare market, he has been named Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation Mentor of the year and has investments in over 50 startups. Having also previously been a partner in the nation's largest physician search firm and co-founder of Texas's largest practice management firm, Richard has unparalleled market expertise that will enable CogniSens to transfer its successful performance enhancement technology to the healthcare and rehabilitation industry.
