Cherie Soria, author of several raw food books including "The Raw Food Revolution Diet," celebrates her 65th birthday May 31. Youthful and vibrant, she’s been teaching vegetarian cuisine for more than 40 years and raw vegan cuisine since she founded Living Light Culinary Institute in 1998.
