Agency makes its national television debut on Sunday, May 20th, at 11pm/10c.

Kovel/Fuller, one of the West Coast’s leading independent advertising agencies, announced today that it will compete on AMC’s new unscripted series, The Pitch, in the episode airing May 20th, 2012 at 11pm/10c. Local listing times may vary.

“When presented with the opportunity to do the episode, we jumped at it,” says agency President/Partner John Fuller. “We considered it a truly innovative way to showcase our agency and its ability to solve any client business challenge—even under extreme pressure.”

The Pitch offers viewers a gripping, never-before-seen glimpse inside the nation’s top ad agencies as they compete in a winner-take-all showdown for a major new piece of business. Viewers take a front-row seat for all the brainstorming, creative thinking and the actual high-pressure presentations that go with pitching for a national account at this top level.

Chief Creative Officer/Partner Lee Kovel remarks, “Every day, agencies ask their clients to take creative risks for the benefit of their brand. If we ad agencies aren’t willing to do the same for ours, then we’re cowards. I think marketers across the country will appreciate our willingness to put it all on the line and risk letting everyone see us win or lose!”

Kovel/Fuller competes against New York agency, The Ad Store, for Gruppo Campari’s legendary liqueur account, Frangelico.
