Government and Systems Integrators now able to seamlessly import new filtering functionalities into current systems

Tresys Technology, a provider of technology and engineering services for customers with high security requirements, today pre-announced the release of Sidecar capabilities to support the needs of Government and Systems Integrators who require additional complex file type filtering for existing systems. General sales availability is planned for Q4, 2012. Pre-order status for developmental purposes is currently available.

Tresys Sidecar capabilities will:

  •     Add complex data type processing to existing systems without having to recertify the complete CDS
  •     Decrease the time required to evaluate, certify, and field new filter processing capabilities
  •     Improve the security, availability, and performance of the CDS
  •     Provide robust filtering capabilities, deep content inspection, sanitization, and transformation functions that would be extremely cost-prohibitive to design and implement from inception
