Since opening its doors earlier this month, the brand new Art of Strength Birmingham training center has been an exciting addition to the fitness landscape of Metro Detroit. Along with Art of Strength's original location in West Bloomfield, the new Birmingham center offers more unique workout opportunities, as well as the leading Michigan personal trainers that have become synonymous with the brand.

Home to fitness experts like renowned trainer Mike Knight, Art of Strength has become one of the most respected workout destinations in Metro Detroit. Knight's reputation as the top personal trainer in Michigan has attracted pro sports teams like the Detroit Lions and Detroit Red Wings, as well as big name movie stars like The Avengers' Chris Hemsworth.

Since 2010, Art of Strength has offered expert fitness and training opportunities to clients ranging from aforementioned pro athletes all the way to the soccer mom next door. Art of Strength's proven combination of vintage progression workout techniques with unique exercise tools like nautical ropes and kettlebells have helped people of all ages, genders and athletic backgrounds achieve their fitness goals.

The new Art of Strength Birmingham location fits seamlessly alongside the original West Bloomfield center in terms of training opportunities and tools. There is, however, one new addition unique to Birmingham training center that has many AOS members excited: all new Strength boxing classes in Michigan. These boxing classes will focus not on boxing in the traditional sense, but rather lead students through a cardiovascular workout that will concentrate on strengthening the chest, back, shoulders, arms and core, while developing key fundamentals like balance, speed, poise, agility and stamina. Which is why AOS has taken to the name Strength Boxing when referring to its new boxing lessons in Michigan.

To promote Art of Strength Birmingham's opening, the first 100 new members will receive 2 free sessions, as well as 20 boxing classes for only $40! This special ends July 31, so don't delay.
