Each year extra-marital dating site AshleyMadison.com experiences a surge in sign-ups the day following Father’s Day. Monday June 18 was no exception with 23,649 malfeasant men signing up to seek an affair on the service after another holiday of unmet expectations from their spouse. This is 3.5 times more than the average of 6,100 men that typically sign up to AshleyMadison.com on a given Monday.
According to AshleyMadison.com Founder and CEO Noel Biderman, “Men are disappointed with how they're treated within their own family – a family they work so hard to provide for. This is the one day they are really hoping to be put on a pedestal and to have some wishes fulfilled to reminds them of why they work so hard - only to find themselves facing the same outcome as every other day – no sex, no intimacy, no appreciation.”
Leading up to this year’s holiday, AshleyMadison.com conducted a survey to provide a better understanding of the typical cheating father. If your husband works in IT, is in his 40s then he may match the profile. AshleyMadison.com polled 11,453 fathers using the service, revealing a detailed picture of their lifestyle. Over 76% of its male members are fathers.
Highlights of Typical Father Survey by AshleyMadison.com:

Since its launch in February 2002, the site has drawn heavy criticism for encouraging adultery, but it has grown to over 14 million members in 25 countries.
