We remain committed, as we always have been, to abiding by all regulations. We are serious about offering the highest quality patient care as the premier provider of nurse triage.
Scottsdale, AZ (PRWEB) June 22, 2012
Company Nurse, a premier provider of work injury telephone nurse triage, has addressed the announcement made by the Monterey Country District Attorney’s office yesterday in the following statement:
“We have always upheld our company’s founding principles of operating with integrity, transparency and providing top quality nurse triage to patients. We respect California policies and have always taken measures to ensure we are in compliance.
Upon California’s Telephone Medical Advice Services Bureau reassessment that we should register with its organization, we immediately complied.
Additionally, we are proud to adhere to a stringent staffing policy in which all of our nurses are Registered Nurses. All of our nurses are licensed in the State of California and always have been. We were greatly disappointed to discover that, contrary to the contractual terms with our subcontractor, the subcontractor did not uphold the same staffing guidelines for state licensing; we ended our agreement with them two years ago.
We remain committed, as we always have been, to abiding by all regulations. We are serious about offering the highest quality patient care as the premier provider of nurse triage. I look forward to continuing to provide exemplary service to our valued customers in these municipalities.”
