Certified Payment Processing (CPP) recently announced the promotion of several individuals within the organization. These represent CPP’s ongoing commitment to promoting from within.
Kellon Nixon is a new Academy Bay Supervisor, promoted from his role as Appointment Planner. In this new position, Nixon will oversee an assigned team of new telemarketing agents, providing them with direction and motivation, while coaching them in their development and training. He is responsible for overall productivity, quality and efficiency of key performance indicators for the team. Nixon has been with CPP for more than two years.
Larissa Hilliard and Magda Rodriguez, both Appointment Planners, have been promoted to Validation Specialists. In this role, they will monitor outgoing calls for accuracy, making sure the telemarketer followed the proper protocol and provided accurate information in setting appointments for CPP’s field sales representatives. Hilliard has been with the organization since January of 2010 and Rodriguez came to CPP in August of 2011.
