ICS’ Qt Developer Conference is open to everyone, and will be of particular interest to the many organizations with a current stake in maintaining a healthy and thriving Qt. The Qt Developer Conference is where the Qt community can learn about the latest advancements in Qt and participate in shaping Qt going forward. ICS is actively engaged with other sponsors and invites anyone interested to sponsor or exhibit. The Qt Developer Conference will be held in Silicon Valley December 5-7, with dates in Europe to be announced.

By announcing the Qt Developer Conference, ICS is spearheading an effort to organize a broad consortium of Qt stakeholders animatedly participating in a vibrant and active Qt ecosystem worldwide.

"The hundreds of new and ongoing Qt projects, the imminent release of Qt 5, the prominence of Qt on the new RaspberryPi embedded platform, and Qt’s continued expansion into numerous vertical markets such as automotive and healthcare are all clear signals that Qt is moving forward and has become the standard toolkit for developing applications on a broad range of systems, from desktop to embedded,” said Peter Winston, ICS President. “ICS is proud to be participating in Qt’s continued growth with its sponsorship of the Qt Developer Conference. We look forward to other members of the community joining us in this effort.”

More details and the Call for Participation can be found at qtconference.ics.com. All Qt developers, users, and enthusiasts are invited to contribute and participate. Groups interested in sponsoring or exhibiting at this event should send email to qtconference(at)ics(dot)com.
