37 % Increase in Ticket Sales for Cheltenham Racecourse with New Kentico CMS-Powered Website

Cheltenham Racecourse (http://www.cheltenham.co.uk) needed an easy-to-use, non-technically demanding solution that would help bring horse racing to the masses, create excitement around their biggest race meetings and increase ticket sales. Rich in content and features, the website required integration with existing external tools and the project was delivered by True Digital, a Kentico solution partner from Bristol, UK.

Year on year figures for Cheltenham Racecourse show record attendees for all 4 festival days, 33% increase in traffic (climbing to 53% during the event), bounce rate down by 20% , ticket sales up by 37% and revenue up by 35% (2011 v 2012).
