Retail shopping network’s Founders’ Day Celebration features reunion footage, special jewelry and new payment plan

Since our founding, we have grown and evolved to better serve our customers but our mission hasn’t changed – we want to open the world of jewelry and gemstones to everyone.

Jewelry Television, the only broadcast shopping network that focuses exclusively on the sale of jewelry and gemstones, will celebrate its 19 years of business on Sept. 10 for Founders’ Day Celebration. This jubilant event includes favorite stones, lost footage and an introduction to the new Stretch Pay payment option.

This exclusive, one-day event will feature luxurious, trendy gemstones as well as a special reunion jewelry show with founders Jerry Sisk and Bill Kouns. New and “lost” footage will be aired throughout the day, and the founders will divulge their favorite stones. Viewers will learn fun facts about the early days of Jewelry Television and the business model that started it all.

“Jewelry Television was founded in September 1993 and our first live broadcast was the following month,” said Bob Hall, JTV co-founder. “Since our founding, we have grown and evolved to better serve our customers but our mission hasn’t changed – we want to open the world of jewelry and gemstones to everyone.”

Hall hopes the company’s Founders’ Day Celebration will help accomplish that mission through the Stretch Pay payment plan. This new plan is designed to help customers receive purchases they want right away while stretching their payments out overtime. With Stretch Pay, it is simple to keep up with bills because each monthly payment is automatically charged to the customer’s credit card.

“It has never been easier to own the gemstones and jewelry you love with JTV’s new Stretch Pay,” Hall said. “Customers just need to look for the Stretch Pay logo, and they’ll be able to receive their purchase right away and enjoy the ease of worry-free billing.”
