Peoplefluent Expands Sales Organization with Appointment of Two Regional Sales Vice Presidents

Experienced SaaS Sales Executives Chris Seeger and Mark Gaddy Added to Support Market Demand for Talent Management Solutions.

Chris Seeger and Mark Gaddy continue the expansion of management within the Peoplefluent sales organization in support of the rapid growth of its market leading talent management solutions and ongoing support of existing customer relationships.

Chris Seeger, who will oversee the central United States, brings a diverse sales background to Peoplefluent. He was most recently vice president of sales, Mid Enterprise, at Saba Software, a learning, performance and talent management company. Previously, Mr. Seeger served as vice president at overseeing some of the most highly visible accounts in the company including P&G, Compuware, Kelly Services, Chrysler, GMAC, NCR and Ashland.

Mark Gaddy, who assumes responsibility for the western United States, is a proven sales leader with a track record of establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships to deliver results. Mr. Gaddy joins from Leanlogistics, a supply chain logistics company, where he was senior vice president of sales. Prior to Leanlogistics, he served as North America vice president of sales at Infor.

Through the first half of 2012, Peoplefluent significantly increased new client booking and customer retention rates, particularly in North America, and exhibited strong momentum across global markets.
