ScheduleSoft, the leader in workforce scheduling, today unveiled two industry firsts: ScheduleSoft Time Tracker™ and ScheduleSoft Task Manager™. The addition of these capabilities to the ScheduleSoft family of products creates the industry’s most powerful suite of tools built around the best available workforce scheduling application. As with all ScheduleSoft products, the new products are designed to allow organizations to leverage existing investments in applications like time and attendance, payroll processing and work order management. Whether an organization selects add-on products from ScheduleSoft or third-party products, they can be assured they are getting the best available scheduling solution.

The new time keeping product, ScheduleSoft Time Tracker, provides the ability to record actual time worked and approve and closeout a pay period sending the data directly to payroll for processing. There is no longer the need for additional software to go from scheduling employees to processing payroll.

ScheduleSoft Task Manager, which includes a ScheduleSoft Time Tracker license, allows organizations to schedule labor directly to work orders or tasks coming from Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Plant Management (PM), or Maintenance Management (MMS) systems. Supervisors can now leverage the employee availability, skills, and qualifications contained in ScheduleSoft to make the best possible decisions about who is assigned to which tasks and when. ScheduleSoft Time Tracker then records actual time spent on the tasks which can be sent directly to payroll for processing allowing organizations to track hours worked and payroll costs for specific work orders and tasks.
