Stamford, CT (PRWEB) September 11, 2012
Connecticut’s premier residential real estate firm, William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty has launched a complete range of new online Town Guides as part of its recently redesigned website. The announcement was made by Vincent Socci, Director of Marketing for William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty and its partner firms, Litchfield Hills Sotheby’s International Realty and Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty, which respectively serve the markets of Litchfield County, Connecticut and Westchester County, New York.
“Our Town Guides are designed as a comprehensive resource for information about each community our real estate experts serve,” said Mr. Socci. “They combine many helpful tools for home buyers, whether they are relocating from within the state, elsewhere in the country, or abroad.”
Along with a descriptive community overview and a video tour, each Town Guide incorporates a Google map feature plus useful website links, a photo gallery, a list of the area’s public and private schools, links to search for area homes for sale, and graphs depicting local market trends. There is also a direct link to the Facebook page for the local brokerage office serving each town.
Culminating several months of design and development, the Town Guides were created by the William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty Marketing team, who also engaged the specialized services of Altos Research, known for its innovative developments in real estate market analysis. Specific information about each town was compiled by the firm’s respective local brokerage offices.
Social media technology also became an integral part of creating the Town Guide web pages. “With a focus on convenience and ease of access, we’ve incorporated social media as a way to share information about the towns we serve,” said Socci. “The entire page can be immediately shared through all of the most popular social media networks by clicking the buttons provided.” Links to the Town Guide pages can be found on each of the firms’ three websites: williampitt.com, litchfieldhillssir.com, or juliabfee.com.
