Apple's latest smartphone is today's talk of the town. According to a report from cnn.com, the company just unveiled its iPhone5 today in an event in San Fransisco. And with the sales of the unit expected to reach as high 45 million in just three months, GreenBeanBuddy.com commented that the company is in a way sending out a message to its competitors.
Based on the report, the said most-recent iPhone was packed with impressive features. It got a 4G-LTE network connectivity, the first Apple smartphone to have it. It also got an improved “iSight” camera that enables users to take low-light photos and panoramic shots. Additionally, it also features an eight-pin connector.
Compared with iPhone4S, iPhone5 is 18% thinner, detailed the report. It is lighter as well for about 20%. Its screen is also much bigger. The 3.5 inches screen of the previous is now enlarged to 4 inches.
The report related that the product will officially be released on September 21. However, Apple will already accept pre-orders starting September 14. It added that there will be three versions of iPhone5 available – the 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB versions.
