“Eating right doesn’t have to be difficult; in fact, it shouldn't be difficult! The changes you make now can last a lifetime. I show clients how to create a personal program of balance and how to develop habits that uplift the spirit. I show them the many benefits of healthy eating, including exciting ways to prepare food and how to take the guess the work out of shopping for healthy foods,” said Binns. “Just by changing your eating habits, you can feel better, look better, and build a strong immune system,” she added.

“Perhaps 90 percent of the U.S. population eats a ‘bad’ diet right now,” said Binns. “Americans eat
too much, including highly toxic, disease-promoting foods like processed sugars and carbohydrates, genetically-modified foods such as corn, soy or sugar, pasteurized dairy products such as cow's milk, foods made with hundreds of different chemical food additives from MSG and aspartame to chemical preservatives, foods packaged in toxic food containers, including plastics and epoxy resins that contaminate the food with BPA and those containing a large quantity of unhealthy oils like corn oil, soy oil or partially-hydrogenated oils.”

“I encourage my clients to eat large quantities of fresh, living fruits and vegetables and to get adequate hydration, and that doesn’t include manufactured beverages!” added Binns. Her VIP day is a one- on-one half day consultation in which Binns works with the client to design a customized and specialized nutritional food plan based on the clients needs. “Whether the client is interesting in losing unwanted pounds, gaining muscle tone, improving digestion, or improving overall health and appearance, it’s amazing how much progress can be made in one days work” she added.
