Corporations and law firms depend on the flexibility and convenience of our e-discovery services. Part of what enhances our efficiency are Relativity’s customizable workflows.

For the second year in a row, SFL Data has been named a Relativity Best in Service partner by kCura. The e-discovery firm maintained this recognition by successfully fulfilling requirements for Relativity technical infrastructure, customer service and product expertise.

SFL Data CEO Christian Lawrence said, “Both corporations and law firms depend on the flexibility and convenience of our e-discovery services. And part of what enhances our efficiency are Relativity’s customizable workflows. We’ve used it on hundreds of cases, and it’s an optimal choice for managing the multiple terabytes of data our clients generate.”

“We’re excited to see SFL Data earn the Best in Service designation for a second year,” said Andrew Sieja, president and CEO of kCura. “It’s great to recognize them for the exceptional Relativity experience they provide their clients.”

To receive Relativity’s Best in Service recognition, hosting partners must demonstrate their expertise in three areas: technical infrastructure, customer service and product expertise – while simultaneously meeting basic requirements for size of Relativity installation and certifications. Since becoming a Relativity Premium Hosting Partner in 2008, SFL Data has received several additional recognitions by kCura, including Relativity Certified Reseller status, as well as Certified Administrator and Sales Professional statuses for a number of team members.
