Going to Africa is a once in a lifetime opportunity. My top 10 list will help you plan for an unforgettable journey
King of Prussia, PA (PRWEB) January 24, 2013
In Swahili, “Twende” means “Let’s Go!” As part of its list of informative speakers at The Philadelphia Inquirer Travel Show on January 26th at 1:45pm, Alan Feldstein, African Specialist and owner of Infinite Safari Adventures will speak on the Entertainment Stage on the “Top 10 Things You Need To Know When Planning Your African Safari.” While Africa is on everyone’s bucket list many people hesitate because of fear, misinformation or myths about what to expect. Alan will share everything travelers need to know about safari travel, including why it is safe, types of accommodations available, shots and medicines one needs (and doesn’t need), what the food is like what questions to ask and what to look for in selecting a safari outfitter. In addition to owning Infinite Safari Adventures, Alan serves on the Board of Trustees of the Cheetah Conservation Fund, and is a member of the Adventurer’s Club of Los Angeles and Southern California chapter chair of the International Explorers Club. Alan also operates a giving back program with local Maasai in Kenya where he imports and sells Maasai beaded dog collars to raise money for the education of the children of the village. This is guaranteed to be a fun informative presentation that will make anyone who wants to travel to Africa visit a magical continent that seasoned adventure travelers call the number one place people should visit in their lifetime.
“I always enjoy speaking to people about Africa and getting them as excited as I am about what for me was a life-changing experience,” said Alan. “My goal is that after hearing my top 10 list you will agree with me that “Someday” Is Now!”
