Fitness professionals now have a product to assist in running their businesses, according to CEO Pat Rigsby of Fit Business Insider. The company has just announced a promotional price on Fitness Business Plan and Forms, a set of done-for-you business forms and templates.

“After years of being asked if we can provide business plans or forms & tools to fitness pros, we developed this product to meet the needs of fitness professionals in need of a simpler way to streamline their business processes,” Rigsby says.

The product provides customers with instant access to many of the standard forms that personal training business owners need for both themselves and their clients. The different forms range from client health checklists to employee on-boarding documents.

“Most personal trainers run their own business because they want the freedom to train clients their way without having to go through the rigmarole of working for a big health club,” Rigsby explains. “However, there are certain documents every fitness business relies upon that these trainers might not even know that they need.”

Among the forms needed by fitness entrepreneurs are ones relating to starting up a personal training business. For these purposes, the product offers a 12 month sales process and cash flow chart, break even analysis form, pro forma template, and a membership pricing calculator.

“These start up forms are geared to fitness entrepreneurs who have just started or are about to launch their own new business,”Rigsby details.

In addition to business start up forms, the product contains templates for use during client intake. These forms include a body composition chart, client health profile, and a physical assessment checklist.

In addition, the product contains client referral forms, forms for front desk staff, and items to give away to clients, such as a workout journal and a fat loss success system.

While forms like membership agreements certainly streamline smaller logistical matters like signing clients up for programs, the creators emphasize that this product helps with all aspects of running one’s business.

To further highlight the comprehensive nature of Fitness Business Plan and Forms, Rigsby and Fit Business Insider president Nick Berry draw particular attention to the business plan they have designed.

“Writing a total business plan is almost always necessary if you want to establish the vision and direction of your business for the long term,” Berry offers.

“Of course, precisely because it is so crucial, it can also be an incredibly detailed, intensive process,” he continues. “However, the template included here will lay out how to create such a business plan step-by-step.”

The product is available this week for a promotional price of $9 (normally retails for $99.95). For more information on Fitness Business Plan and Forms, visit:
