True North Logistics (TNL) announces an agreement has been reached to acquire RAMTECH Support Services, Inc. of Lancaster, PA. This acquisition continues the rapid development and strategic expansion of TNL. Under the leadership of LtGen (ret) Tom Glisson, TNL provides a wide variety of supply chain and logistics services to Federal and commercial clients. The acquisition of RAMTECH, SSI allows TNL to pursue additional opportunities in defense depots and military base operations.

RAMTECH is recognized among the nation’s leading U.S. federal government contractors providing operations and maintenance, systems engineering and technical assistance, primarily to the Department of Defense and other federal agencies.

Beginning in 1999 with a small maintenance contract at the Letterkenny Army Depot, RAMTECH has steadily grown to a company employing as many as 600 employees and diversified its capabilities to be part of award-winning performance, including operations, maintenance, modification, overhaul, systems integration, and logistics support to government agencies and commercial customers throughout the United States.
