TechCXO, a leading provider of C-Suite-level strategic and functional consulting services for technology companies, is expanding into the Midwest with the opening of a new office in Indianapolis. The firm has tapped veteran financial expert Kathy Kinder to lead TechCXO’s efforts here.

Kathy Kinder brings more than 30 years of financial and operational leadership experience with nearly 20 years spent in the enterprise application software arena.

Prior to joining TechCXO, Kathy served for nine years as CFO/SVP Finance and Administration at private equity owned Consona Corporation and brings a wealth of experience regarding profitable growth via multiple acquisitions ($32 million to $130 million), private equity and debt financing along with integration of acquired companies including those with multiple international operations.

Kathy also has significant experience helping software companies grow organically via her tenure at Made2Manage Systems, Inc. (1994-2003); where she was instrumental in the company’s growth from $3 million to $32 million and its IPO.

Through Kathy’s career she developed significant management experience related to human resources, legal, and office management functions in addition to a full range of accounting management experience including software revenue recognition, SEC reporting, budgeting, and audit compliance.

Kathy began her career in her family’s small business where she honed practical management skills and a genuine team building approach for developing the finance and administration departments.
