While many stores have struggled during the economic downturn, Effortless Skin has gone from strength-to-strength. Since the cosmeceuticals company was founded in 2009, they have continually posted exceptional financial results, averaging growth of 450% each year. The latest figures indicate that 2012 was their most successful year yet.

As well as rapidly increasing profits, the services offered and variety of products has also evolved. Initially, Effortless Skin stocked just four brands; today though, customers can choose from over 50, with more due to be added in the coming 12 months. This has led to a boom in orders, with an average year-on-year growth rate of 450%.

One of the biggest changes in 2012 came with the expansion of the Aesthetic Clinic and premises in Cheshire. Here, a team of experts provide advice and cosmetic treatments for a range of skincare complaints. This works in perfect harmony with the online retailer, where consumers can purchase an array of cosmeceutical products from leading brands, including NeoStrata, SkinCeuticals and Agera.

Discussing the stunning growth figures, Helen Elldred, Marketing Directorsaid “We’ve come a long way in a relatively short period of time. While other businesses have struggled, Effortless Skin has gone from strength to strength.”

“The growth figures are remarkable. To see sales rising and more than a four-fold improvement in year-on-year revenue is fantastic. We have continually worked to expand the company and what we offer.
