Cyr Charitable Fund Gives Back to The Hill Country Daily Bread at the 2013 Annual Vision Dinner.

Giving back is something the world doesn’t see enough of. That’s why the Steven and Le Ann Cyr Family Charitable Fund gives all that they can. The Charitable Fund was founded so that the Cyrs could help Christian-based charities and organizations. For the past four years, the Charitable Fund has been giving back by sharing its blessings with Hill Country Daily Bread Ministries (HCDBM), a regional Ministry that provides support for thousands of men, women, and children living in poverty in the Texas Hill Country. Every year the HCDBM hosts an event called the “Annual Vision Dinner” where a silent auction is used to raise money for the organization.

Each year the HCDBM’s Annual Vision Dinner brings sponsors, friends, family, and others in the community for food, entertainment, fellowship and fundraising. This year’s Annual Vision Dinner was hosted on February 23, 2013, at Don Strange Ranch in the beautiful south Texas Hill Country. Funds raised at this event will help sustain the HCDBM’s operation allowing them to continue to serve their neighbors in need.

Le Ann Cyr, Chief Operating & Financial Officer for Orthopaedic & Spine Institute, says: "The Cyr Charitable Fund and the Cyr Family have been strong supporters of HCDBM for the past four years. The partnership in Christ has been primarily to lend financial and volunteer support to the ministry, but has recently extended into the areas of marketing and capital campaign fundraising efforts."

The Cyr Family realizes the importance of all that HCDBM does, which is why they chose them out of the many charitable organizations that operate today. The organization goes above and beyond by making note of the special needs and important details of each individual who receives their help. Rather than allowing for each family to be just another name in a database, HCDBM goes the extra mile to make sure all of their families are people with faces and unique stories.
