In a market that continues to display tremendous growth, we intend to differentiate ourselves as a leading BPO/BTO in Atlanta," says NexxLinx CEO, Craig Mento. "Atlanta is a vibrant, expanding market with 15 companies in the Fortune 500.

NexxLinx, a Business Processing and Business Transformation Outsourcer (BPO/BTO) headquartered in Atlanta, announced today that it has purchased Benevox. The acquisition by NexxLinx gives it an eighth US-based contact center, and will be the hub for growing its Southeast business.

“In a market that continues to display tremendous growth, we intend to differentiate ourselves as a leading BPO/BTO in Atlanta," says NexxLinx CEO, Craig Mento. "Atlanta is a vibrant, expanding market with 15 companies in the Fortune 500, representing over $300 billion, along with many regional and local operations. Companies like to deal with someone that can support them locally, nationally and internationally. Atlanta will be our eighth domestic center. With partnerships in Peru, El Salvador, Philippines and the Netherlands, NexxLinx offers a true home-field advantage, providing top tier services in 50+ languages, at competitive rates.”

The business model for leading outsourcers is changing. While there will always be a market for commodity services, focused on "traditional" contact center outsourcing, there is a growing need and demand for Business Transformation Outsourcing (BTO), where fundamental business processes are affected. BTO is used to impact key drivers such as:

  •     Comprehensive management of critical business processes
  •     Transformation of legacy systems and processes
  •     Improved speed-to-market
  •     Risk Mitigation

Partnering with the Bobby Dodd Institute (BDI), NexxLinx supports the ATT Serves initiative, a program to provide meaningful employment to returning veterans with disabilities and other veterans. Currently, NexxLinx and BDI operate a training and contact center at the Bobby Dodd Institute. The Norcross site will be used to more than double the current training capacity. The company has identified 50,000 square feet of space for training and operations.

In addition, NexxLinx plans to open a 250-seat center in downtown Atlanta. Wayne McMillan, BDI President and CEO, said, "We have been delighted to partner with AT&T and NexxLinx to create opportunities for veterans. The partnership reflects our shared commitment to helping veterans reenter the civilian workforce."

Joe Doherty, Benevox President, commented, “We are excited to bring these two companies together. The combination adds depth to Benevox customers and prospects. Both companies have a great reputation for excellence and can boast that they have client relationships standing more than a decade.”

Beyond business, the companies also share a common commitment to the community. From the Atlanta-based American Cancer Society to the Wounded Warrior project and partnership with the Bobby Dodd Institute, the companies’ commitment to the community serves to further its role as THE Trusted BPO/BTO partner for Metro Atlanta.
