“GPARC likes the company’s state-of-the-art technology, transparency, security and strong adherence to regulatory compliance, as well as the blue chip client base it currently serves.” -Christine Hanna, COO, of Global Premier America Regional Center
San Jose, CA, (PRWEB) March 05, 2013
NES Financial, a leading provider of escrow administration technology and services to the EB-5 industry, announced that the Global Premier America Regional Center (GPARC) of Irvine, CA has selected the company’s EB-5 Escrow Administration Solution to administer the investor funds associated with GPARC’s Congregate Care Residential Community in Orange County, California.
During the investor’s I-526 application process, EB-5 Regional Centers work with NES Financial to place investors’ deposits into escrow accounts pending approval by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
“NES Financial, as a leading provider of administration solutions for multi-party escrows and trusts, provided the most trusted solution for GPARC,” said Christine Hanna, COO, of Global Premier America Regional Center. “GPARC likes the company’s state-of-the-art technology, transparency, security and strong adherence to regulatory compliance, as well as the blue chip client base it currently serves.” Hanna added: “GPARC and NES Financial share a strong and ongoing commitment to EB-5 industry "best practices" and with the re-authorization by Congress of the EB-5 Program for three more years in September 2012, it is more important than ever that we as an industry do this right as we advocate for permanent re-authorization in advance of the new September 2015 ‘sunset’ date.”
Global Premier America Regional Center is approved to invest and build in 17 counties throughout California and focuses on the medical industry and assisted living projects due to the strong job creation potential. A Congregate Care Residential Community in Orange County known as Azure Plaza Village is a $55 million three (3) phase project and the second EB-5 project for GPARC.
NES Financial continues to be an EB-5 industry leading provider of escrow administration technology and services. Built on its proprietary eSTACTM technology platform, NES Financial’s EB-5 Escrow Administration Solution offers a streamlined approach to administering investors’ funds.
“Global Premier America Regional Center is a leading USCIS Regional Center in California, and like our EB-5 Escrow Administration Solution, has a proven track record,” said Reid Thomas, NES Financial’s Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing. “Providing Regional Centers like GPARC the ability to provide transactional transparency, funds security and regulatory compliance through the entire EB-5 immigration process from I-526 application to I-829 approval is the foundation of our EB-5 Solutions.”
