Dominion Marine Media Wins 3 Awards at Miami International Boat Show

Dominion Marine Media, the division of Dominion Enterprises that operates YachtWorld, Boat Trader and, won three awards at the recent Miami International Boat Show.

Boating Writers International, whose awards recognize excellence in creating compelling stories about the boating lifestyle through entertaining, educational and inspiring journalism, presented two awards to Lenny Rudow for his writing as senior editor of The awards were for a boat test entitled “This Center Console Takes Center Stage,” and the second was for an article in the boat/engine care and maintenance category entitled “Outboard Overboard: Quick, Pickle It.” Rudow has written almost 100 reviews and 50 technical articles for in the last two years.

“We have a number of award winners writing for and its sister sites, Boat Trader and YachtWorld,” said John Burnham, editorial director, Dominion Marine Media. “We hired Lenny Rudow to work for us full-time because he’s one of the best.”

Marine Marketers of America presented Boat Trader with a Neptune Award for Best Digital Newsletter, B2B. The newsletter is provided to dealers on a monthly basis and offers boat reviews, industry trends and important Boat Trader product updates. The monthly Data Tracker provides insights into the boating consumer marketplace with information on the boat brands most frequently searched on The site is visited by more than 1.7 million U.S. boat buyers every month.
