Initially implemented in 2008, this latest upgrade enhances the functionality surrounding the tracking of claim related documents housed in folders and boxes as they travel to and from departmental storage to shelves and pallets in offsite storage facilities. Advanced support for Retention, Legal Holds, and Citation reference

Deepened Security Model allowing for advanced data/functionality hybrid configuration

Contemporary technical platform compatibility including support for Server 2008, SQL Server 2008/2012, Oracle 11g, IIS 7.0 and ASP.NET 3.5

Optional Features such as Microsoft SharePoint integration, Laserfiche integration, O’Neil RM Bridge integration, Iron Mountain integration, Space Management are also available.
